- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- crackers (about 10)
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. dressing mix or crackers or croutons tossed with margarine
Directions

1Cook onion and squash until soft; salt.

2Drain and mash; add margarine, soup, crackers and cheese.

3Add sour cream last.

4Put in casserole dish.

5Put dressing mix on top.

6Bake at 350° until bubbly.
