Ingredients

  • 1 lb. or 2 to 3 c. cooked squash
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • salt, pepper and soda cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in slight amount of water until tender. Mash.

    Add other ingredients; sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
