- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 onion (optional)
- salt, pepper and soda cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in slight amount of water until tender. Mash.

2Add other ingredients; sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
