  • 2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour sifted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Thaw squash.

    Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and rest of ingredients.

    Beat well. Add squash and beat again.

    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.

    This can be made the day before,

    refrigerated and warmed before serving.

    It is delicious.
