- 2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour sifted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Thaw squash.

2Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and rest of ingredients.

3Beat well. Add squash and beat again.

4Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.

6This can be made the day before,

7refrigerated and warmed before serving.

8It is delicious.
