Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Suggested spices:
  • 1/8 tsp of each-
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • garlic salt
  • ginger
  • basil
  • Adjust salt to taste

    {"0":"Cut squash into slices. Scoop out seeds and cut off the skin. Cover with foil and bake the squash in a baking dish in the oven until very tender. ~ 1 hour.
