- 1 large yam
- 2 c veggie broth
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 sick cinnamon
- 3/4 t salt
- 2 T butter
- 2 medium size onions sliced
- 3 large pears
- 1/3 c sake or dry white wine
- 1/4 cup cream
- pepper
