Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow crookneck squash, cooked until tender
  • 1/2 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 roll garlic cheese, chipped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Saute pepper and onion in oleo.

    Drain the squash and while still hot, add ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
