  • 3 strips bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp. pimiento, cut in strips

Directions

    Cook bacon to delicate brown in heavy saucepan. Remove from fat and cut in small pieces.

    Add green pepper and onion.

    Cook 3 minutes over medium heat.

    Add corn, bacon and pimiento.

    Reheat. Yields 6 servings.
