  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 package (2 Sheets In A Package) Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Start by cooking the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat.

    When cooked, add the cream cheese and stir into the sausage until melted and mixed well.

    Unroll the puff pastry sheets onto a floured surface.

    Evenly spread the sausage-cheese mixture onto each puff pastry sheet.

    Cover the entire sheet, trying to get as close to the edges as you can.
