  • dressed squirrel
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Directions

    Boil squirrel in salt water, remove all good meat.

    Grind bits of meat and blend with the bread crumbs, adding onions, ketchup and mashed potatoes.

    Shape into small flat cakes.

    Fry in hot oil.
