- 2 squirrels
- 1/4 lb. fat pork sausage
- 3 lb. potatoes
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans early peas
Directions

1Cook squirrels and sausage until all meat is off of the bone. Add the next 3 ingredients after meat is off of bone and cook until all ingredients are dissolved.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic to suit taste.

3Add corn and peas and cook for 20 minutes.

4Thicken with corn meal, adding small amount as can be stirred in until Mulligan is thick.

5This will serve about 8 to 10 people.
