St. Patrick’S Lime Cooler

  • 1 can Frozen Limeade Concentrate, 12 Oz. Can
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 quart Ginger Ale, Chilled
  • 12 slices Lime
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs, For Garnish (optional)

Directions

    Place frozen limeade concentrate and water in a blender and blend at medium speed until frothy. Stir in lemon juice. Transfer into a large pitcher or container and chill at least one hour. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale and stir to combine. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig or a lime slice.
