- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 2 c. rice
- chopped onion
- chopped lettuce
- chopped tomato
- shredded cheese
- tortilla chips, broken
- picante sauce
Directions

1Brown the ground beef and drain. Add beans, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings and allow to simmer on low setting. While this is simmering, prepare rice as directed on package. Serve each in separate containers the meat, cooked rice, onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese and picante sauce.

2Put broken chips on plate.

3Add meat, then rice, onion, etc., stacking each on top. Finish with cheese and picante sauce.
