- 1 Tbsp. chili powder per person plus 1 for the pot
- 2 Tbsp. flour per Tbsp. of chili powder
- 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt to taste
- 1 c. chicken broth
- cooked, crumbled ground beef
- shredded cheese
- diced onions
- tortillas (corn)
- water
Directions

1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet.

2Add chili powder, salt, cumin and oregano.

3Cook for 1 minute.

4In a blender, mix at low speed the flour, chicken broth and about 1 cup water.

5Pour into skillet.

6You might have to add more water to make sauce thin.

7Add garlic.
-
8Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour, until it thickens.
