  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 10 oz. fresh, torn spinach
  • 1 tomato, cut in wedges
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine apple slices with orange juice in bowl.

    Place spinach in salad bowl.

    Drain apple slices, reserving 1/2 cup orange juice.

    Arrange tomato wedges and apple slices over spinach. Sprinkle bacon and nuts in center.
