  • 1 can green beans, drained (save half the water)
  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 can whole potatoes, drained (save half the water)
  • 1 pkg. Polish sausage

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a pan or slow cooker.

    Add enough of the saved vegetable water to ingredients so it won't stick or burn.

    Heat through until flavors blend.

    If cooked too long, the potatoes will become mushy.
