- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can whole potatoes, drained (save half the water)
- 1 pkg. Polish sausage
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a pan or slow cooker.

2Add enough of the saved vegetable water to ingredients so it won't stick or burn.

4If cooked too long, the potatoes will become mushy.
