Ingredients
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- cooked vermicelli
Directions

1Saute scallops in butter in large skillet for 3 minutes or until tender.

2Remove scallops from skillet and reserve drippings. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic.

3Remove and reserve drippings. Add wine, juices and seasonings to skillet.

4Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes.

5Add scallops and vegetables.

6Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot vermicelli.
