  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. coffee
  • flour

Directions

    Roll steak in flour; sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix onion soup with water and coffee. Pour over steak.

    Bake at 350° until gravy thickens or until steak is tender.
