- 4 (about 3/4-inch thick) slices top sirloin
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, sliced (tops only)
Directions

1Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan.

2Add green onions.

3Saute for a few minutes.

4Stir in Worcestershire sauce, parsley and lemon juice.

5Heat through.

6Melt and heat remaining butter in another skillet.

7Add steaks to pan.

8Saute quickly about 2 minutes per side.

9Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

10Spoon the butter-onion mixture over steaks in pan.

11Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
