Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 tsp. horseradish
Directions

1Cut round steak into 1/2-inch strips.

2Mix eggs and milk together in a medium size bowl.

3Add steak and let set approximately 30 minutes.

4Drain meat and add flour.

5Put a lid on bowl and shake until meat is well coated.

6Heat the oil in skillet on medium heat and fry steak fingers until golden brown.

7Make sauce by blending together the ketchup and horseradish and chill. The fingers are best when dipped in sauce.

8They can be served hot or cold.

9Serves 6 to 8 people.
