- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 bell peppers, sliced in strips
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) bag stir-fried vegetables
- 4 boneless steaks
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- soy sauce
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Chop the 4 boneless steaks in some squares; brown them in oven on a cookie sheet.

3Put the stir-fried vegetables in a hot, large frying pan with the 2 tablespoons of oil.

4Stir occasionally.

5Add bell peppers and onion; cook vegetables until tender.

6Put the cooked rice in the pan; stir it all together.

7Take the brown meat out and add it in the pan; stir it.

8Let it cook for 3 minutes.

9Enjoy.
