Ingredients

  • round steak or cube steak
  • 2 medium onions (enough to cover 9 x 13-inch baking dish)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Prepare steak as for frying.

    Brown in small amount of oil. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with Pam.

    Cover bottom of dish with sliced onions.
  4. 4
    Place browned steak on onions.
  5. 5
    Cover with mushroom soup.
  6. 6
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. 7
    Remove foil for last 1/2 hour of baking time.
