  • 1 12 cups water
  • 34 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Directions

    Whisk all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

    Place steaks or chicken in gallon sized zip lock bag and add marinade.

    Seal bag tight and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

    Discard marinade and grill meat.
