Ingredients
- 1 round steak, cut (need not be a large one) in half
- 1 bell pepper (medium one)
- 1 small onion (both of these cut up in bits)
- 1 Tbsp. Woody's barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. pimentos
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Directions

1Put steak in hot skillet and brown until done.

2Remove from skillet; put on cutting board and cut into small bits.

3Set aside.

4Combine remaining ingredients.

5Use 3 cups of water; put all ingredients into skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.

6Add meat and simmer for 15 minutes.

7Cook rice (Minute rice) according to the amount you want on box.

8Thicken ingredients in skillet with 1 tablespoon cornstarch until the thickness you prefer.

9Serve over rice.
