1You will also need round toothpicks.

2Cut off fat and bones of round steak and cut into triangles.

3Flour each piece of steak and place a piece of bacon cut to the size of strip of meat.

4Place a small amount of diced onion on bacon strip.

5Roll up steak pieces and put toothpicks into pieces to hold together.

6In a skillet put a small amount of oil.

7Fry the steak pieces until brown.

8Pour water over.

9Roll up and cover until done, about an hour.

10Makes it's own gravy.

11Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
