Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute meat and onions.

    Combine with rest of ingredients. Simmer several hours on low.

    May also be simmered in crock-pot on low for several hours.
