Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 qt. water
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent seasoning
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 to 1 c. flour
  • 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown and drain beef. Parboil onion, celery and carrots until partially done. Melt margarine; mix in flour and water. Add meat, other cooked ingredients and tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
