- 2 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2 x 2-inch strips
- 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 lb. green pepper
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 pkg. okra
Directions

1Cook in crock-pot.

2Cook steak strips about 2 hours.

3Mix all ingredients together with steak strips.

4Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.

5Turn on low for 3 to 4 hours until tender.

6Put in okra when turned on low.
