- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 carrots, cut up
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Place a piece of foil in bottom of baking dish.

3Place meat on foil.

4Stir together mushroom soup and onion mix.

5Pour over top of meat.

6Top with vegetables; sprinkle with water.

7Fold foil and seal.

8Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
