Steak with Mango Chutney

  • 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 8 each garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups KRAFT Signature Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 qt. onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 qt. mangos, peeled, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Mix steak sauce, lime juice and garlic; pour over steaks in non-reactive container.

    Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

    Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions; saute 5 min.

    Stir in mangos and red peppers; saute 3 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Stir in cilantro, salt and black pepper.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand at room temperture until ready to use.

    Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

    Grill steak on medium-high heat 7 min.
