Steak With Rice

  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water
  • 1 round steak, run through cuber or pounded
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

    Place rice in baking pan.

    Mix soup and water; pour over rice. Place steak on top of rice mixture. Salt and pepper may be sprinkled over steak.

    Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
