  • 2 Whole Fish ( Snapper)
  • 1 Onion (Medium)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Sweet Pepper
  • 1 Glove Garlic
  • 1 Scoth Bonnett Pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 20g Hard Salted Margin
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp msg (seasoning salt)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 Okras (Optional)
  • 7 Water Crackers (Optional)

Directions

    Season Fish with salt, black pepper. chop: tomato,onion and sweet pepper and garlic.

    Heat Pan, melt margarine, add onion,tomato,sweet pepper. saute until onion is cooked add chicken broth,whole pepper, msg. Let mixture simmer for 5 minutes add fish and okras. reduce heat. When fish is almost cooked add crackers if needed.
