  • 1 egg
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • water some

Directions

    Boil the water, and cool it down to room temperature (warm water)

    Swirl the egg and add some water into the egg, continue swirling the egg wash
  3. 3
    Remove the bubbles on the egg wash
  4. 4
    Steam for 7 minutes, turn off the steamer
  5. 5
    Add some chopped spring onion and 1 tsp soy sauce, then cover the steamer lid for another 2 minutes
