- 1 egg
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- water some
Directions

1Boil the water, and cool it down to room temperature (warm water)

2Swirl the egg and add some water into the egg, continue swirling the egg wash

3Remove the bubbles on the egg wash

4Steam for 7 minutes, turn off the steamer

5Add some chopped spring onion and 1 tsp soy sauce, then cover the steamer lid for another 2 minutes
