- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Place butter and lemon juice in a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

2Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds until melted. Arrange fish pieces, thickest end towards outside.

3Sprinkle with 1/2 the salt, pepper and paprika.

4Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 minutes.

5Halfway through, turn fish and sprinkle with other half of salt, pepper and paprika.
