- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green onions

Directions

1Steam fish for about 10 to 15 minutes or until flesh is flaky. Heat soy sauce on medium.

2Heat until boiling.

3Add chopped green onions and remove from heat immediately.

4(Onions will sizzle.) Place fish on a platter and pour soy sauce mixture over fish. Serve over rice with choice of vegetable.
