  • 1 (10-inch) fish (best if white ocean fish)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece ginger, crushed
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut oil

Directions

    Clean fish and lightly sprinkle with salt in stomach.

    Boil water in pan big enough for fish.
  3. 3
    Use enough water to just cover fish.
  4. 4
    When water boils, add fish and ginger.
  5. 5
    Turn heat off, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

    Take fish out on platter.
