- 1 (10-inch) fish (best if white ocean fish)
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger, crushed
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
Directions

1Clean fish and lightly sprinkle with salt in stomach.

2Boil water in pan big enough for fish.

3Use enough water to just cover fish.

4When water boils, add fish and ginger.

5Turn heat off, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

6Take fish out on platter.
