Ingredients
- 5 pound shrimp unpeeled and deheaded
- 1/2 cup parsley sprigs chopped
- 1/2 cups celery chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cups water
- 2 dash salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Put cooking oil and water in heavy pot with cover.

2Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes with cover on.

3Do not open while cooking.

4Open and stir.

5Add rest of ingredients.

6Cover and cook 10 minutes more.

7Leave closed while you make the garlic bread.

8Serve small dish of liquid that shrimp is cooked in to each person with shrimp.

9Dunk bread in liquid and enjoy.
