- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2/3 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Squeeze and dry spinach thoroughly.

2Melt butter and chop onion fine.

3Mix egg yolks with spinach and add all ingredients, except egg whites.

4Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into spinach.
