- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Bring water to boil in wok or vegetable steamer.

2Use retainer ring or colander to keep veggies above water.

3Let steam for approximately 20 minutes, or until carrots are done.

4Remove.

5Add salt and melted cheese, if desired.
