  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 pastry pie shell
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 c. half and half
  • 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
