- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. corn meal
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Empty stew into shallow 2-quart baking dish.

3In mixing bowl, beat egg.

4Add oil, milk and corn meal. Mix well.

5Stir in cheese.

6Pour over stew.

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
