- 2 ducks
- 1 lg. onion
- Salt and pepper
- Poultry seasoning
- 1 rutabaga, sliced
- 5 potatoes, cut up
Directions

1Put 6 cups of water in large pot, salt and pepper the ducks, sprinkle poultry seasoning.

2Cut up onion and bring to a boil.

3Let simmer 2 hours then add rutabaga and potatoes.

4Cook for another hour.

5When vegetables get tender dinner should be ready.
