  • 2 ducks
  • 1 lg. onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Poultry seasoning
  • 1 rutabaga, sliced
  • 5 potatoes, cut up

Directions

    Put 6 cups of water in large pot, salt and pepper the ducks, sprinkle poultry seasoning.

    Cut up onion and bring to a boil.

    Let simmer 2 hours then add rutabaga and potatoes.

    Cook for another hour.

    When vegetables get tender dinner should be ready.
