  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • onion
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • other seasonings (optional)

Directions

    Steam fish through in pan with water, salt and pepper.

    Remove fish from pan.

    Leave water.
