- 6 fillets of flounder or sole
- 1 large red sweet onion
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- water
Directions

1Fill large skillet, to cover bottom only, with water.

2Place flounder in skillet.

3Cut onion in very thin circles and add to top of flounder in skillet pan.

4Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice onto flounder and onion (evenly).

5Cut butter into slices and add all around top.
