- 1 medium ripe tomato, quartered
- salt and pepper
- sweetener to taste
- 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 oz. white bread, diced
- 1 tsp. diet margarine
Directions

1Place tomato quarters, juice, salt and pepper in small pan. Bring to a boil.

2Simmer until tomatoes begin to soften.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in sweetener, bread and margarine.

5Serve. Equals 1/2 #A limited veggies, lunch bread and 1/6 fat allowance.
