- 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 small bell pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon in frying pan until brown.

2Remove and leave enough drippings to cover bottom of pan.

3Chop onion and bell pepper and brown in drippings.

4Next, add tomatoes.

5Stir in salt and pepper to taste.

6Add vinegar and sugar; stir.

7Crumble bacon over top. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes on medium.

8Serve over rice.
