- 2 chickens, cut into small pieces
- 2 large onions
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. oil (to fry chicken)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Flour chicken, then lightly brown in frying pan well (2 cups of oil).

2Remove chicken and place in a plate.

3The remains in the frying pan, place in a large pot.

4Add 4 tablespoons of oil, a layer of onions, chicken and seasoning, and repeat until all used. Add water to pot; cover half of chicken and onion layers.

5Cook for 1 hour.

6Add water if needed, a little at a time, so chicken does not burn.

7Enjoy.
