- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. French style beans
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in wok.

2Cook onion for 2 minutes, then add beans and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3Add water, soy sauce, lemon juice and season to taste.

4Cook for 5 minutes, tossing beans in the liquid until it has evaporated.

5Add mushrooms and cook till tender.

6Add bean sprouts and fry for 2 minutes.

7Serve at once with roasted or broiled meat.
