- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
- 3 stalks celery, cut diagonally into thin slices
Directions

1Fry bacon in a wok or large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings in wok.

2Set bacon aside.

3Add vegetables to wok; stir-fry over high heat (350°) for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle with bacon.

6Yield: 6 servings.
