  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. oil (hot)
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into 8 wedges
  • soy sauce

Directions
