Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef or chicken
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine

2beef or chicken with soy sauce and ginger.

3Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.

4Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan or wok, uncovered, at medium-high for about 2 minutes. Add about half of vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.

5Add remaining vegetables and stir 2 minutes more.

6Remove vegetables and heat 1 tablespoon of oil.

7Add half of your meat.

8Stir 2 to 3 minutes.

9Repeat with other half of meat.

10Combine water, cornstarch and sugar.

11Stir into meat mixture.
-
12Cook until thickened.
-
13Reduce heat to low for serving.

14Serve with rice.
